PAT Enablers
Early on in the companies history we produced many designs for the application of PAT (Process Analytical Technology) in the development of pharmaceutical production techniques. Primarily involving the adaption of analyzer probes so that they could be employed within the harsh environments of process reactors. Whilst many of these designs were 'one - offs' all were manufactured and employed and could be re-manufactured if required.
Examples of our designs:-
- Power limiting of a Raman probe for use in Zone 0 reactor.
- Skid mounting an ATEX rated Mid IR Analyzer and custom flow-cell
- ATEX rated mobile PAT Server, combining multiple analyzer capabilities into one enclosure
- Standardized Dip Probe mount permitting various standard probes (pH, conductivity, etc) to be located exactly within a process reactor
